Where your team is today

Pick the one that sounds most like you. Honest answers get better advice.

My team isn't performing the way I need them to, and I'm carrying too much of it myself. I was promoted because I was good at my job, but nobody taught me how to manage people. We keep losing good people and every exit sets the number back. I struggle with accountability and difficult conversations, so expectations slide. I'm getting results, but it's costing me my health, my family or my peace of mind. Something else (tell us below).

What does that look like in your week? Numbers help: quota attainment, turnover, hours spent covering for the team.

What have you already tried? Books, trainings, your company's program, nothing yet, all fine.

Fit and timing

If the Academy is the right fit, are you ready to invest in it personally?

Yes. If it's the right fit, I'm ready to invest in my development. I want to understand the options on the call first. Not right now, I'm exploring (point me to the free training).

Where is the company in the decision?

We have budget approved for leadership development this year. I'm building the business case and need a proposal. Exploring options, no budget conversation yet.

Who signs off on the spend?

What number justifies it?

When do you want to start?

How did you hear about Dennis?

Why now, and why coaching instead of another course? (optional, but this is what Dennis reads first)

No obligation. If it's not a fit, you'll hear that too, with a recommendation on what to do instead.

Application received.

Dennis reviews every application personally. Here's what happens next:

You'll get a confirmation email within a few minutes.
Within 2 business days, you'll receive a link to book a 20-minute fit call.
On the call you'll leave with a development plan, or a straight answer that it's not the right fit and what to do instead.
